Notary Services

Notary services are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call 201-547-4543 or email jcampbell@jclibrary.org. Appointments are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 PM to 5 PM at the Five Corners Branch location.

1. No more than 3 pages can be notarized at a time. 
2. Documents such as living wills, power of attorney or any similar documents cannot be notarized by the JCFPL notary services. 
3. All documents must be filled out but NOT signed. You must sign in the presence of a notary. 
4. The library will not provide witnesses, and witnesses may not be solicited from patrons using the library. 
5. Documents in any language other than English cannot be notarized at this location. 
6. The service is based on the availability of the library notary. Unforeseen circumstances may sometimes result in the cancellation of appointments. 
7. Please contact the notary Jessica with specific questions, the scheduling staff cannot answer specific notary questions.
