JCFPL’s Learning Center offers English as a Second Language classes specifically designed for caregivers of children in the Jersey City Public Schools. These classes provide free language instruction to help caregivers improve their English proficiency, enhancing their ability to support their children’s education and engage more fully in the community. These classes will meet twice a week from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in P.S. 17, P.S. 23, M.S. 7, and M.S. 40.
