Celebrate Memorial Day with JCFPL
The Jersey City Free Public Library (JCFPL) invites our patrons to celebrate Memorial Day as we honor U.S. military personnel who died while serving this country.

- Civil War Primary Source Documents: An archive of unique manuscripts chronicling the American Civil War as it was experienced. It covers all aspects of the war, including reactions and impressions from the home front.
- Revolutionary War Era Documents from the New York Historical Society: A unique archive of Orderly Books from between 1748 and 1817. It includes thousands of pages of primary source material providing valuable information about soldiers’ lives.
- Britannica: Britannica Library provides the trusted name and information people have come to expect from Encyclopedia Britannica.
