About
For almost 40 years, the JCFPL Learning Center has provided free, college-level instruction to thousands of Jersey City residents from over 60 countries. The Center’s success is a testament to the passion of its instructors, the commitment of the Library, and the unwavering support of the community. In recognition of these results, the JCFPL Learning Center has been made an award-winning affiliate of Literacy NJ, an accredited member of ProLiteracy, and a participant in TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) International programming.
