The New York Times, in promoting good citizenship, has instituted a voter registration campaign. (link to its site: www.nytimes.com/marketing/vote/index.html). New Jersey Public Libraries have been designated as their conduit for the voter registration forms. The link below, through the New Jersey State Division of Elections, provides voter registration forms both in English and in Spanish.
