#HudsonGives: Daoud-David Williams Auditorium Tribute Fundraising Campaign

The Jersey City Free Public Library invites you to join us in preserving and celebrating the legacy of Daoud-David Williams by supporting the Daoud-David Williams Auditorium Fund
Williams was a cultural icon, community leader, and tireless advocate for the arts in Jersey City. His life’s work was dedicated to ensuring that music, education, and the arts were accessible to all. As the founder of the Community Awareness Series and leader at the Miller Branch Library, he created a lasting impact that continues to inspire generations.
In recognition of his invaluable contributions, the Miller Branch Library Auditorium has been renamed in his honor, solidifying his legacy as a champion for cultural enrichment and social activism. To further commemorate his life’s work, we are launching this tribute campaign to support enhancements to the Daoud-David Williams Auditorium—a space that embodies his vision of community engagement through the arts.
